Our prices start at $100.00 per sheet and depend on the complexity of the project. A typical plan set is approximately six sheets for a single-story project.
Engineering
All our projects are designed to local prescriptive code standards. However, if needed engineering or load calculations can be provided for an additional fee.
Permit Process
Everything we do is with the permitting process in mind. After receiving your proposed project we will ensure we have covered local codes and standards to provide a streamlined submittal process.
